Right about the first one. WRONG about the second. White phosphorus has been used in Iraq and in Palestine. Look it up, you don't believe. There are pics on this very site of Israel using it

When I as in Afghan circa 2002, WP was not used and IIRC, was banned from combat operations. Couldn't even use it for marking. But then again, I could be wrong, and I'm cool with that. Thanks for the response.
