I think it's fake based on the following criteria...
1) The deceased still has his trousers on.
2) No evidence of flip flops on or near the body.
3) Picture doesn't include grinning paramedic/s pointing at the victim.

Nope. The blood stain pattern is completely wrong for that type of indecent, there's no racooning of the eyes, the gunshot wound doesn't have any blowback...ad infinitum.
