Jesus Christ!  I can only imagine the absolute horror of that mother walking into that scene. I mean fuck, that's one of the bloodiest crime scenes I've seen in a while! I bet the smell of blood was so strong in that house you could almost taste it just hanging in the atmosphere. Terrible, just terrible.
