TARP Troubled Asset Relief Program

This is the first draft of the Troubled Asset Relief Program that is supposed to bail out the financial market here in the states.

I'm listening to podcasts right now. It sounds like the Democrats caved on allowing bankruptcy judges to order renegotiation of mortgages and isn't limiting executive compensation as much as I'd hoped.

There is a lot of buzz right now about the so called section 8 which is supposed to say

Yet I can't find it in here.

Looks like it failed to pass today, stock market took a 200 point dive already.
