Seriously? Inanimate objects can often carry the taint of the owner, especially something handmade. I'd not want these anywhere near me.

I should have said, "the taint of their creator.

Sorry, not joking in any manner. There have been various cases of inanimate objects being 'haunted' for lack of a better word. The Warrens had a vast collection of items; the two I remember most being the haunted Raggedy Anne doll, "Annabelle", and a toy Godzilla figure that was possessed. They have a museum of the items, and they will not allow anything in there to be touched. There is a good shot of Annabelle here, and well as one other item.

Ed and Lorraine Warren - 50 Years of Ghost Hunting
There has been a case of a man who made life-sized animal carvings out of wood; the man was somewhat psychotic and all of his creations that were bought brought ruin to their owners.

Other things..........James Dean's car parts, mirrors, religious paintings that purposely had flaws (The Virgin Mary with no feet, for example) that were, for all intents and purposes, possessed. The Suicide Table in Virginia City, NV.

"Things", especially those that were handmade, by persons such as killers--those people have physically handled these things and put their very energies into them. Yes, I know it sounds wonky and bizarre, but this world is made up of some very bizarre things.

Robert the doll is another thing that comes to mind. Items made of plastic, stone, glass, pearls. Nothing to fear, right? And yet...............
