MANTECA - A high-speed chase in Manteca .
Officers tried to stop 22-year-old Felix Santiago Navarro of Manteca on the 1300 block East Yosemite Avenue at 11:30 p.m.
He allegedly sped away, reaching speeds of 80 miles an hour in just a half-mile of pursuit.
When he tried to turn south onto Highway 99, his pickup rolled several time and his arm was pinned under the truck.
Officers were able to free his arm, arrest him and send him to a hospital, where he is being treated for arm and back injuries.
He was booked for driving under the influence, evading officers and driving with a suspended license.
