Police Kick in Door and Taser Occupants After Noise Complaint

Cotati, California. Police surround an apartment responding to a noise complaint with guns drawn.

The 3 occupants refuse to relinquish their 4th amendment rights to the police's demands at gun point to enter the premises without a search warrant or probable cause.

(The police only holster their weapons after the camera is turned on.)
The occupants are continue in non-aggressively exercising their rights to which the police respond by kicking in the door, assaulting the female and tazing the cameraman 4 times resulting in the shorting out of the camera.

All of the occupants are charged with obstruction.

Another "my rights" nutcase. Being a law-abiding citizen myself, I've never been able to understand why it would be such a problem to allow the police to come in and look around - unless, of course, unless I have something to hide...

Or were the cops supposed to leave without making sure everyone inside the apartment was safe, so they could get charged for neglect of duty, after a neighbor had called 911 claiming that there was a case of possible domestic violence going on?
Why didn't he just come out to show that everything was fine?

I have a long criminal past and I have been arrested many times. I have never been treated with anything but respect. I always complied and obeyed commands. I was breaking the law and they were doing there job. fuck these idiots I'm with the cops on this one.
