They had him on his knees???? WTF they could not have cuffed him from that position? Instead they decide to torture him with the tazer then kick him in the head? It is stupid to resist the police. If they abuse you and you are not resisting then there is always a dark road at 2AM where justice can be served.

Sigh... Get me out of this fucking country... She should have called the on arresting her. Arresting an 8.5 months preggers would not have helped their situation. Most frustrating thing for me: "What am I being arrested for?" "Resisting [Arrest]" ^^^WHAT THE HELL? We're detaining you without a charge and charging you with resisting because that's all we have. It was probably drunk in public? Maybe? But that's why they were checking his pockets, trying to find something on him so they'd have a legitimate charge. |

Never resist LEOs unless you have a rifle and spare mags. Otherwise it's not worth the excessive force they are going to use on you.
