Yeah, so...moral of story kids...if youre going to be swining bats at police cars and cops heads...be prepared to be injured gravely or die.

Maybe a taser would have been better though, I think if the attacker doesnt have a gun, then all the more justified to taser him and then cuff him...but you know, what do I know, im not a trigger happy cop with an inferiority complex and meathead issues with a dick the size of my pinkie.

It says the cop tried to get away from this wacko and when he could retreat no farther, the freak proceeded to the drivers side window of the patrol car and started hitting it. Glad the kid is dead...any kid or grown up with that mentality when under any type of influence with that anger deserves to die. If it was my kid i'd shake the hand of the officer and thank him for doing his duty.

Justified.... But..... I think given the fact the we live in such a wacko liberal society I would have pepper sprayed him. Or once he moves to the driver window there was plenty of room to drive forward and gain distance to get out of the vehicle. I still side with the Cop. Kid was asking for trouble and he got the worst of it.

Usually I would hate on the cop for something like this...however, I would agree, this is justified, that kid was absolutely ridiculous.
