..since the €uro the prices allmost doubled , you payed 2,80 - 3,20 DM for a 0.5 litre weed-beer now it`s 3,20 - 3,80 € in places around here !!! that would be 6,40 -7,60 DM FOR ONE BEER !!!!!!!!

gas price exploded over here ,you pay about 1,50 € for one litre of gas that is 0,97 $ us for 0,25 us gallons

1 litre = 0.264172052 US gallons

0.64 EUR = 1.00 USD

taxes went up ,food prices went up ,the prices for energy and natural gas went up ( and rising 40 % in october ).
you get squashed like lemon from the gov .

i have no idea where this is leading to ?? but as long as there is soccer....WTF....PANEM ET CIRCENCES

My post? Nahh, I just happened to find a treasure trove of these posters recently and had to archive them for posterity!

Ok, I can handle €3.80 beer when I'm over there in Sept. because of all the time I spend drinking in NYC. I guess the governments finally relaxed their restrictions on price increases. I remember going from the Gulder to the Euro, all the stores adjusted their prices (basically in half) like they were supposed to, but the price of a stolen bike in Amsterdam went from 25 Gulden to 25 Euro. Damned thieves were gouging people. A stolen bike isn't worth THAT much!
