i think No.4 is depicting 'alice in wonderland' syndrome (not sure if thats its offical name) i suffered with it a lot as a child. its usually when your half awake, you mind is telling you you hands and face are massivley swollen, even when you touch them they feel grotesqly swollen. very strange phnomenon. look it up, its very interesting.
