they have a difficult time putting an IV into my arm too. big fucking deal. i've ended up with one in my neck. so fucking what. and i never even shot up any drugs.

these guys deserved exactly what they got. if the witnesses were that fucking squeamish, then they didn't belong there in the first place.

The sterile needle is used to avoid blood clots and other contaminations that could interfere with the execution.

Great post and info. Sorry I might seem heartless but I think it is a fitting end to their lives. For them to experience some of the pain of the victims is true justice.
