People don't give a shit about their jobs anymore.

I would think, in an emotional and most likely, devastating situation to most people, especially if it was unexpected or accidental, funeral homes would be more careful.

There is no excuse for something like this to happen to anyone for any reason.

If need be, give the driver a picture of the deceased he/she is picking up to make sure they have the right body, especially if they are dealing with mostly one race of people. Family members would still recognize their deceased.
