Don't know how they tell, but, perhaps one of the morgue workers can tell us. There are ways. They've done autopsies on mummies bofore.

Just a guess here. Perhaps she was tortured and died freezing in the fetal position.

It does appear her lower legs are missing, but, that's all I have right now.

They could have been removed so she couldn't run away, or they could have gotten lost after all these years.
