I just don't understand the "this trip should go to a sicker child" line. If a child is still actively battling a disease/cancer should they really be going to Disney? This little girl fought cancer and for now, has won. She deserves that trip because who fucking knows if 6 months down the line that that cancer won't come back and kill her?

I kind of see the purity of his intentions, but let the Make a Wish foundation deal with the distribution of funds. This little girl may get worse again, and a parent's first and foremost concern should always be the own child.
Also while adults may understand the dad's reasoning, a 4-year-old does not.
