I think the logic is to juxtapose your personal preference for eyebrow, hair and skin type onto that basic face. If you had different hair & brows on that woman she would look entirely different & potentially better, based on one's standards. I assume she has bags under her eyes to showcase the point that most people would say they'd prefer a female face that didn't look too taut since, you know, it's more "real" looking. Just like the argument that she could be heavier based on one's weight preference. The fact that they don't have a male version of this is just because women are more complex than this. Our composite Perfect Man would look like a 7-8 inch erection sitting on a giant pile of money.
