If they were going to all be here in two years Obama wouldn't have signed a executive order to expedite them.
The article clearly states:

"U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Homeland Security Department agency that oversees immigration benefits cases, said the Haitian Family Reunification Parole Program will allow Haitians who are scheduled to receive a visa within two years to move to the U.S. While they are waiting for their visas, the immigrants will be granted a work permit, USCIS said."

From application approval till the Visa is granted, can take 2 to 12 years. These people have already been approved and will all receive their visas within 2 years, hence their position in the application queue.

We're talking about Haiti, not the whole world. Being as there's almost 200 nations in the world with Haiti being a very small nation, 100,000 coming from there is a lot. 100,000 coming from any one country is a lot.

Tripled.. Stop trying to find the answer you want, and just find "the" answer.

So you're still sticking with 9.1 is triple 6.6?

19.8 million is triple. I think with the 28.5% increase, it's a little stretch calling it 300%..

It's doesn't matter what this article says sunshine. The only reason 100,000 were approved in the first place is because immigration was ordered too. The numbers don't lie.
226,000 family visas are issued each year. So you expect me to believe out of 552,000 available visas in a two year period 100,000 of them go to Haiti? No. You're buying the spin.

As it hasn’t happened, they are proceeding with this program.
It kinda looks bad when you post someone else's words. A unnamed government (Democrat) source no less. Saw your post in Miami Herald article.

Those 100,000 are in the pipeline from up to 10 years ago..

How is that possible poop? According to you, 100,000 Haitians were going to be here within two years. So that means on average 50,000 Haitians get visas to come here every year. You've shown you enjoy math. So if there is 50,000 getting in every year, How many people were in line ahead of these Haitians you claim have been waiting ten years?

If you take that answer and look at the numbers of people awaiting visas in HAITI before Obama you can see how what you claim doesn't add up.
