I don't see what is the big deal about this video. It looks like it was conveniently edited and taken out of context. Where is the rest of it? I have seen kids completely ignore the no skating signs and being disrepectful to cops and other authority figures. Maybe the cop is doing what these kids' parents should have done at home.
