WAY over the line! The kids are willing to listen if you treat them like human biengs. Admittedly, there are some who believe that they can skate wherever they want and are pretty damned arrogant about it, but for the most part, all you need to do is say that boarding is illegal on the property and tell them WHY! The explanation is all they are looking for.

That cop was a total prick, no argument there. But I can understand the stress that a job like that might entail. Dealing with assholes all day, and with the potential of getting shot I'ts enough to put any one on edge.Do those kids deserve that treatment? No. but can I understand why he might be acting like that? Yes.
