It's tough to hear at work but I thought the mma fighter or ref asked the downed fighter if he was done and he said, "no". He asked once more and again he said, "no". I could be wrong.

i heard yea at 1.25 and because of the shouting moron in the background the mma guy couldn't hear it so asked again and then the guy got confused and said no.
Like anyone would say no in such position.
Neighter saw a ref, only guys taping and the idiot shouting who probably paid the guys to fight in front of a cam so he could have a good vid.

I definitely agree that a pro fighter shouldn't be fighting on the streets. He's probably a bush league fighter that can't handle his own in the cage. Shame.
