OAKLAND, Calif A fight broke out at an East Oakland Denny's restaurant last month.

It happened on Halloween night between two groups of costumed women.

They threw chairs, insults and then Denny's dishes.

Oakland police say no one was hurt, but 5 of the women were cited.

An investigator has been assigned to the case to determine if charges should be filed.

Denny's released a statement saying they intend to hold those responsible accountable for their actions.
