Ok since nobody has post it yet, I found the real story in google (it was in spanish though, I'll try my best to translate it)

(Apparently it was not a girl, it was a little boy who called 911.)

(A eso de las 3:30 de la tarde del 25 de diciembre, un niño de aproximadamente diez años llama al 911 para denunciar que un hombre quiere agredir a su madre.)

--"Around 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 25th, a little BOY of aproximately 10 years old, calls 911 to report that a man wants to assault his mother."

(El menor se aleja de la escena de violencia, pero sin perderla de vista. Toma el teléfono celular y advierte al operador del 911, del peligro que corre su madre.)

--"The minor moved away from the violent scene, but without losing sight of her mom. Grabs the cellphone and warns the 911 operator of the danger his mother is in"

("Venga por favor a mi casa... (entre llanto, miedo y voz entrecortada). Aló, venga a mi casa por favor", expresa aquel acongojado pequeño.)

--"Please come to my house".. (between tears, fear, and a line breaking up) "Helloo.. come to my house..pleaseee" pleases that aggrieved kid"

(La operadora del 911 pregunta el número telefónico, desde el que está llamando el niño, "es un celular, es el 7030-70 ... (interrumpe)" mientras la policía, sigue su interrogatorio, pero al notar la angustia del menor, vuelve a preguntarle ¿qué le sucede... ? y él le contesta "un hombre está peleando con mi mami", expresa el chico en medio de un llanto ensombrecedor.)

--"The 911 operator asks for the telephone number in which he's calling from.. -"it's a cellphone.. its 70..30..70.." (interrupts) While the police continues questioning, but when noticing the anguished cries of the minor, she asks again "what's happening? and he responds "a man is fighting with my mommy" in between

(El diálogo entre la operadora del 911 y el niño continúa" ¿no hay un adulto contigo?, dame la dirección, ¿dónde vivís?, dame el nombre de la colonia". --"The dialogue between the 911 operator and the little kid continues.. "isn't there an adult with you?... give me the address.. where do you live? give me the name of the colony/town" The minor, dazed by the critical moment he's going through, responds that he lives in Ticsa colony, near a school, arriving at Altavista Residencial in Ilopango."

(Conforme los segundos pasan, el niño pierde el control de sí y desencadena en gritos, "déjela por favor". Por más que la agente le pregunta, el niño no deja de gritar y llorar, hasta que se oye que grita, "tía, la mataron".)

--"As the seconds passed by, the little boy looses control of himself
and triggers himself into screaming "Please leave her alone!" Eventhough the agent kept asking, the kid won't stop screaming and crying, until it can be heard when he yells "Aunt.. they killed her" [or it could be she's been killed]

(Una patrulla del 911 se desplazó a la zona y verificó que una mujer embarazada había sido asesinada por su marido el 25 de diciembre en Ticsa.)

--"A 911 patrol moved to the zone, and verified that a pregnant woman had been murdered by her husband, on December 25th in Tisca"

This happened in El Salvador. Apparently this happens all the time according to what I read.
