Yeah it could have killed somebody, but then again they should have been doing the damn speed limit in the first place. I live on a street that is 25mph and most of the assholes think it is 60. They use it as a cut through and just fly down the road. I would love to place one of these damn speed bumps out there and watch what happens. Of course the police coming to my door after that would kind of suck!! But at least it would be funny as hell until then.
