lord jesus i hate those windmills we have armies of them here on fields and mountains and they seriously give me the creeps

It looks like Spain to me. If this is live there is no where in the USA it could be, because it is 2:15 AM EST and all of the other time zones here are a bit earlier then we are.

Well, they drive on the right so we know it's not the United Kingdom or any country where they drive on the left, so it also can't be Australia, New Zealand, India, or Japan.
And as of right now it is still light out in the video. Since it is not America or any of the South American countries. It has to atleast be as far as Europe, from the East coast of the US, but probably can't be as far as the Russia Federation, because I am sure it is dark outside there already.

Can anyone take a freeze frame and zoom in on a licence plate? We can then see which country their cars are from.
