 Prostitution sting nets arrests in New Port Richey Prostitution sting nets arrests in New Port Richey, Florida *( Don't look - you could go blind ! ) Story here > ABC News NEW PORT RICHEY - City police cracked down on prostitution last night by setting up an undercover sting, netting nearly a dozen arrests. The sweep's target area was the U.S. 19 corridor from the bridge over the Pithlachascotee River south to the Holiday line, Assistant Chief Darryl Garman said. The area has been flooded with prostitutes in recent years, and the city has made a continuous effort to clean up its main thoroughfare through city limits, Garman said. Confidential informants and the Pasco County sheriff's Vice and Narcotics Unit assisted in the sting.The criminal charges range from solicitation of prostitution to drug possession. *( Last chance... don't look! )  . . . . .
