i live a couple miles away from where this asshole is buried, and on every birth day or dead day, these redneck pantera fans go out there with an unruly amount of alcohol and pot. the grave keepers can't really do anything about it because the owners don't throw them out and, it's a private graveyard. all they can do is park their cars as near as possible and flood the site with headlights. i guess they sit around and make sure nothing's destroyed.

i usually go out there on the occasions and take advantage of the situation. you can walk right up to the site and pick up roaches, beers, and usually bottles of crown. everyone leaves them for dimebag, i guess. it makes absolutely no sense to me.

the only flaw to this plan is that you have to pretend you give a shit about pantera. you have to pretend you like the asshole, dedicated fans that are spending their night getting fucked up on this guy's grave.
they do stupid shit like kneel near his headstone and say a fucking prayer. sometimes a group of them will do it at once. "i'm not fucking doing that," is what i tell them.

Sure, people deserve to be shot because they make music you don't like. Then perhaps you deserve to be shot for writing things someone doesn't like. Seems logical to me. But, that is just my point of view of course. ;)
