it isnt really hacked webcams, it is cams you can find by googling some kinda ip-adress, cant remember, can find the adress though if i look on a swedish nintendo forum.

Do a google search with:

These are but a few searches you can do with Google to find cameras.

inurl:/view/index.shtml google that and click on a link, there u got a webcam, just watch.. if it doesnt work, try firefox or updating ie or something.

Here is a good google search string I pieced together to find network cameras of the Axis make.
