This is why I always follow these simple rules: 1. My kid is holding my hand and never gets ahead of me. 2. If the intersection is dangerous, even if there is a "safe crossing" I will walk a far distance to a better crossing where there will be red and green lights. 3. Never trust anyone, cross only once you have made eye contact with the driver. - MOST important rule. |
