Holy shit...she lost muscle tissue too. That arm is going to require some serious grafting, if it can be saved.  |

No bleeding control was applied, but at least the put a makeshift pillow under her head, although c-spine precautions were not taken, the good sumaritans did what they thought was comforting. Her arm had avulsion fractures in multiple areas with obvious deformity. Her resiliance is amazing..
