Just because you're mod in DR you cant know it better than officials if they said he should be in bag guy goes into bag dead or alive.  Btw probably nobody here knows it but the reason they repeat La-ilahe-illallah is to help the guy's soul left the body with less pain |

Actually, not to split hairs, but that's not a body bag, it is similar to a thing called a Reeves Stretcher - its basically to move someone out of a tight spot, but they are cheaper than a stretcher, so you see that in a lot of places that don't spend money on equipment, or where you can't be sued for fucking someone up worse for moving them.... Just FYI.
