Yeah he just like put his hand onto the place where he got shot. The bulletproof vest most likely made the bullet non lethal, but still painful.

LOL bulletproof vests aren't bulletproof to rifles of any type. Even a .22cal will penetrate a vest due to its low velocity.

Hmmm, where do you get your information from? It depends on the rating of the body armor. Also, a .22 round is hypersonic unless it's a subsonic round (better for a suppressed weapon), so it's still pretty fast.
