Casey Anthony killed her daughter in 2008 and the trail didn't happen till 2011. So it did take a while. While I don't think it should ever take more than a year to prepare, I don't want someone innocent to be convicted. Not like Casey and Luka are innocent, but I'm hoping the Luka trial will leak some pretty awesome stuff.

Unfortunately in Canada as well, Cameras and audio recorders of any kind are not allowed in the court room. So everything that happens during trial will basically be the notes of a journalist and artists depictions for images. Kinda sucks.
