The Community on Bullshido is looking into it, they have done some amazing work. Some of the members are LE, Lawyers ETC... and as Martial Artists, they are apalled by this video.

The biggest question seems to be if the statute of limitations has expired, because this is 25 YO. There is also talk that the police force where this took place was aware of this happening, but being a small town in West Virginia and all good ol Bobby Joe knew them and they looked the other way.

This is all still developing, and these guys are running scared now. Unfortunate for him that people have copied every video on his youtube channel before he deleted it, as well as his incriminating comments. Hopefully now that this has been brought to light, they will get justice of some kind.

I didn't think there was a statute of limitations regarding murder. They need to nail his ass to the wall, whether the guy died or not. This is just a shame.

Apparently West Virginia doesn't have a statute of limitations for ANY felony

Its still unknown how badly injured the poor guy was, or even his name though there are some good leads. The victim was mentally unstable ( said he got his BB from Jesus) and some think homeless.

Apparently from the site Best Gore which just posted this story and video as well, the guy died from his injuries (look at how bad the fucker bashed his brains in), as his body was later found in a dumpster.

Seriously these guys have gotta go to jail or even be executed for that shit, that's truly horrific...
