Hmm... well as much as I hate to say this, the police officer pretty much let this happen to him. He hesitated to act, which he should have done as soon as the guy started back for his car, or AT LEAST noticed that he had a god damn gun. Regardless if he is a War Vet, this man was dangerous and had the intent to kill. The officers indecision to act cost him his life, a sad thing in my opinion. |

I do think the cop was much too lenient with his approach, I'm actually going to the academy. I hope that redneck fuck is beaten without mercy before trial and then sent to prison for life. Its absolutely flabbergasting what human beings are capable of.  Nobody has the right to take someone else's life. I hope I never have to use my firearm in the line of duty.

i know this story. the officers department was being sued for brutality and were told to hold of deadly force as long as they can. by the way the officer was shot 11 times during this and it is not an ak 47 it is an m1 simi auto

yeah, I know this story too. Knew some of the guys at that Sheriff's Department. Funny how some people like saying the officer deserved it but when you need them there they can't get there fast enough. True this officer needed to just take action as soon and the suspect started back toward his car. An asp ain't going to do nothing and at the first site of a weapon he should have unloaded. If anything retreat then get backup. Some of you people on here that make some of the comments that you do about what a police officer goes through just put all police officers in the same boat. Yet I'm sure you are the crack smoking thugs that we are trying to get off the street. and think your so tough on the internet. So here is to you. |
