He should have and could have had much more control over the situation. No way should that guy have made it back to his vehicle.

Tragic. The cop would still be alive if he shot the dancing vet, but was showing restraint. Seems the vet thought he was back in combat. Please post info when available.

Good question. I'd have shot him in the head before he even got the gun out of the truck, Vietnam Vet or not. And it was only a semi-automatic AK, The cop had plenty of time to shoot. The officer obviously didn't do to well in learning how to shoot a gun
