Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC)

The corpse of one the leaders of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) leftist guerrillas Manuel Jesus Mu a.k.a Ivan Rios lies on March 8, 2008 inside a military helicopter at a military base in Pereira, Risaralda department, Colombia. Colombian Defence Minister Juan Manuel Santos confirmed Friday that Rios was killed by members of his own personal guard.

First picture is from Ivan Rios, killed by one of his bodyguards. The other two are from Luis Devia a.k.a. Raul Reyes who probably stepped on a landmine planted by his own men during an attack perpetrated by the Colombian army in Ecuadorian territory. On an interesting side note, the guy who killed Rios severed his right hand and brought it to the army as proof that the guerrilla leader was indeed dead (and to collect the bounty on his head)
