Is there a way to tell which processes don't need to be running in the background in the Windows Task Manager?

Re: Processes | Death Pictures and Death Video

My computer doesn't have any viruses. I want to know which processes don't necessarily have to be running in the background to make it a little faster.

Good idea. Six themes doesn't slow Firefox down too much.
