Keylogger

I have a keylogger on my computer according to comcast. I cannot reformat or reinstall windows bc I dont have a windows CD. I have AVG, ZoneAlarm, Spybot SD, AdAware, Sophos, and PC Tools Security. Yet none of these can find the KL or prevent it from running.

How do I delete it? And when I do, what else should I do re: accounts? I have not noticed any weird financial or other account changes.

Try MalwareBytes in the first instance, you can download iyt from the link, make sure you update its data base via the radio button and do a FULL system scan, if that doesn't find it post again....

Also possibly related, I cannot install the .NET framework or anything that requires it...

Its trying to prevent you removing it.....Malware......Best run the security software in safe mode!

If a keylogger is there only according to comcast, then i would consider the possibility that comcast is giving you a false positive, and AVG, ZoneAlarm, Spybot SD, AdAware, Sophos, and PC Tools Security are right. Do you play with any MMOg perhaps?
Constant Guard had some issues with them, and sees some of them (if not all, i have no idea) as a keylogger, indeed
