I do not have problems elsewhere, but then again I am a relative idiot when it comes to computer tech, so any suggestions welcome.

I don’t think it DR’s site. When this happens to me I click on the video and go directly to
YouTube and the video still hesitate. There probably too many people viewing the video.

have you tried doing this?

1) If you are having problems take 5 minutes and update your flash player, you can do that here
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and it takes less then 5 minutes. This solves 90% of problems encountered with videos on this site.


2) Some videos do not play all the way through, this was an error in the previous encoder the site was using. This should only happen for SOME videos dated before 2009. All videos uploaded during 2009 should work.

3) If you have updated your flash player, and the video is a 2009 video and still not playing please make a post in the tech support area with a link to the video so I can check it out.

as youtube vids work with flashplayer i think.

if that doesnt help, try clearing your cookies and your browser's cache. i use ccleaner to clear my cache and cookies (www.ccleaner.com)

oh well which ever way he's gotta try what i posted as that's the protocal to getting the non youtube vids to work

I am having the same problem, it doesnt matter what video I click on, they only buffer about 20% then stop. Reloading / refreshing does nothing. It only happens on this site.

log out clear your internet cache AND your cookies.
Login again.
Works for me

I had the same problem on my mac notebook, then I switched to the PC and all the videos played without a problem.
