Woman falls from hot air balloon when it hits power lines

Another video appeared of the woman that was killed when the basket of a hot air balloon flying in the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta tipped after hitting a fiberoptic line, throwing her out.

State police spokesman Andrew Tingwall says she fell an estimated 60 to 70 feet.

Tingwall says the balloon carried four passengers and the pilot.

He says the pilot was trying to free the balloon from the line, and had thrown out a tether to a truck below.

But Tingwall says the tether broke and the basket tipped as the balloon rose again.

Tingwall says emergency medical technicians tried to revive the woman, but were unsuccessful.
