He collapsed outside hollywood club, Viper Room on halloween 1993, from an overdose of heroin and cocaine, also called a speedball. after convulsing on the sidewalk for 8 minutes while Joaquin called 911 and Rain preformed mouth-to-mouth, paramedics arrived to find him flatlined. they tried giving him drugs to restart his heart, and he was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where they tried to save him by inserting a pacemaker but they were unsuccessful. he was OPD at 1:51 am. I think its really sad that he died, and so young, he had a lot of talent  but what do you expect when you do a bunch of drugs?anyways I'm pretty sure that he looked like that either because there was a gap between when he died and that photo, or because his family didn't want to do anything unnatural, they were like hippies. and I also think that after that photo was taken he was cremated. |

It does'nt look like anyone knows what embalming is. Embalming does not fix wounds, scars, swelling etc on a dead body.When a body is embalmed, all the blood is drained from the body and replaced with an embalming chemical. This is done to slow the decomposition process. Funeral directors do face "make overs" to hide the death look.  |
