Going to have to say that the helmet just would've kept the mess to a minimum. Even if the cause of that injury was from hitting the ground, which it cannot be, the sheer impact would've been enough to cause fatal brain damage. Think of it this way... Take a jug of milk move it back and forth a bit so the milk sloshes a little. Then stop the jug, notice how the milk continues to move? Same idea, if you come to a fast stop your goodies inside still move a bit. |

I would think so, but I did see a picture here in the forum where the guys head looked like that all seeping outside his helmet, so who knows..

Chances are it's a crush injury, I don't think the bus looking wheels next to him were responsible. Betting there's a car out of the frame with major damage and blood on it.
