Killed While Talking On The Phone
This accident happened in logistics, the driver was talking on the phone outside the vehicle and was crushed by the load on the truck.

That's horrible. Imagine talking to your mom on the phone, then in mid-sentence, you heard CRASH! SPLAT! *gurgle* then found out later what happened to her.
