2 small kids killed with a hammer
This is a Autopsy of a 3 year old boy and a 1 year old girl. Both of them got killed in their own home. The German women who killed them with a hammer. The first 3 pictures are the boy and the last 3 are the girl.

Actually the boy Max was 3 yo and the girl Saga 1yo.

The case has received much attention from both the Swedish and German media. In Sweden, the case has been named “Arbogamorden” or “The Arboga murders”.

I live in Sweden. I've heard a lot about this case. I think the woman got life in prison (25 years in this country.)
