To firedog25, there are other pictures of jumpers on the site...they are much much worse.
And i dont think she fell (at least from a large height) since the blood pool does not originate from underneath her skull, nor is there any high velocity blood splatters.
looking at her right hand it seems likely that her hand genitally laid onto the blood pool while her left hand was either coughed on because of the higher velocity splatter pattern.
SHe might have been alive prior to those people arriving...though it probably was a long time since people found her because the blood around her mouth is coagulated as well as pool of blood closes to her mouth
The 'water' must have been poured down after the blood has settled as well...perhaps by the discoverers?
As there is a lack of any high velocity impact splatter nearby this could have been a dump site.
She could have been shot at another location and dumped here...

So here are some of my observations:
1. There is definately some dirt on her sweater that looks out of place (kind of dusty like the road would have been)
2. Her face def. has suffered some severe impact only on the one side
3. I believe the 'water' marks must be some other substance rather than water because the water would have already evaporated before the blood coagulated (sp?)
4. She does still have the phone in her pocket but, she is wearing 'skinny' jeans (tight jeans) and so therefore the phone protruding a bit may be because of the impact. The reason it wouldn't have flew out is because it was so snug in the pocket.
5. Her shoe is missing which could provide evidence of impact for sure.
So my hypothesis is....:
She was hookin or doing a drug deal with some dirt balls in wrong part of town (is there a right one, I don't know. lol) Someone threw her out a window or off a blacony and came down after her. She was rolling around a bit but not quite dead yet. Whomever killed her made sure the job was done and watched her die or placed her like that. There is no way she fell that composed.
